Banana Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/4 c. flour
1 2/3 c. sugar
1 1/4 tsp. baking powder
1 1/4 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2/3 c. Crisco
2/3 c. buttermilk
3 eggs
1 1/4 c. mashed ripe bananas (3 medium)
2/3 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation

Measure all ingredients into a large bowl.
Blend 1/2 minute on low speed, scraping the bowl constantly.
Beat 3 minutes on high speed, scraping occasionally.
Pour into greased and floured pans. Bake.
Cool completely before filling with frosting.
Frost with Sour Cream Filling.
