Apple Butter Fried Pies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. self-rising flour
    water
    apple butter
    oil
Preparation
    Mix flour with enough water to make ball about the size of a golf ball.
    On a floured board or paper, roll out the dough, but not real thin.
    Place your apple butter in center and bring half of dough over the apple butter.
    Press together and fry slowly in small amount of oil.
    Brown both sides, you may need a little more oil for other side.
