Cheese And Chili Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 (8 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
    1 (4 oz.) can green chilies, drained and coarsely chopped
    1 c. yellow corn meal
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. sour cream
    3/4 c. butter or margarine, melted
    1/4 lb. Monterey Jack cheese, coarsely grated
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Lightly grease a 9 x 9 x 1 1/2-inch baking pan.
    In large bowl, beat eggs slightly.
    Add corn and chilies; mix well.
    Stir in rest of ingredients.
    Turn into baking pan.
    Bake for 40 minutes or until golden on top and well done. Cut into squares and serve hot with butter or chili.
