Easy Spaghetti Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 Tbsp. olive oil
4 cloves garlic, chopped
4 Tbsp. parsley
1/2 lb. ground beef or pork
1 hot sausage link, casing removed
1 c. Parmesan cheese
1/4 c. red wine
2 (1 lb.) cans crushed tomatoes
1 (1 lb.) can tomato puree
1 (1 lb.) can tomato sauce
2 Tbsp. dried basil
1 1/2 Tbsp. Italian seasoning
2 c. water
1 whole carrot
Preparation

In a large port add olive oil, garlic and parsley; simmer for a few minutes.
Add beef or pork and sausage meat, cook until browned.
Add remaining ingredients.
Bring to a boil and then reduce heat to a simmer.
Cook, uncovered, 2 hours.
Remove carrot before serving.
