Lady Baltimore Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. sifted cake flour
1 1/2 Tbsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 c. butter
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. milk
6 egg whites

Preparation

Grease and line
(with wax paper) bottoms only of three 8-inch round layer cake pans.
Set aside.
