Martha'S Special Pecans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg white
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. water
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 lb. pecan halves
Preparation
    Beat egg whites and water until frothy; add nuts and mix together.
    Combine sugar, salt and cinnamon and toss with the pecans.
    Mix thoroughly.
    Spread evenly on a cookie sheet sprayed lightly with Pam.
    Bake at 225\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Turn occasionally. Cool; keep in airtight containers.
    A great gift.
