Poppy Seed Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. (rolls) Ritz
1 stick butter or margarine
2 Tbsp. poppy seed
1 fryer
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can celery soup
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
Preparation

Roll crackers out very fine.
Mix with melted butter and poppy seed.
Cook fryer and cut off bone in fine pieces.
Mix soups and sour cream.
Mix 1/2 of cracker mix in 9 x 13-inch dish or pan. Pour the wet mixture over cracker layer.
Pour chicken on top of wet mixture.
Last put rest of cracker mix on top of chicken layer.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until bubbly, about 35 to 40 minutes.
