Squash Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. margarine, softened
    3/4 c. brown sugar
    1/4 c. molasses
    1 egg, beaten
    1 c. squash, cooked and mashed
    1 3/4 c. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Combine
    margarine,
    sugar
    and molasses, beating well. Add egg;
    beat well. Stir in squash.
    Combine flour, soda and salt; add
    to
    squash
    mixture, mixing well.
    Stir in pecans. Spoon batter into greased muffin pans, filling 2/3 full. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Makes about 18 muffins.
