Southern Sausage Gravy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. spicy bulk sausage
    1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    2 c. milk
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Cook sausage in large saucepan over medium heat until brown. Stir to crumble.
    Drain off fat except for 2 tablespoons.
    Stir in flour.
    Cook until thickened, stirring constantly.
    Gradually stir in milk, salt and pepper.
    Cook until thickened, stirring constantly, about 5 minutes.
    Serve over hot, homemade biscuits.
