Portuguese Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. bag flour
    7 sticks margarine
    2 Tbsp. baking powder
    1 Tbsp. salt
    7 c. sugar
    7 large eggs
    1 (1 oz.) bottle anise flavoring
    1 (8 oz.) Casa Lopez cream of coconut
Preparation
    Combine margarine, cream of coconut and anise flavoring.
    Beat eggs with sugar and add to mixture.
    Mix well.
    Add baking powder and salt to flour.
    Combine with first mixture and mix well.
    Roll dough into pencil strips and form into small rings.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
    Makes approximately 25 dozen.
    Store in airtight containers or freeze in Ziploc bags.
