Lemon Butter Chicken Breasts - cooking recipe

6 boned chicken breast halves
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. flour
lemon pepper seasoning to taste
1/2 c. butter or margarine
1/4 c. lemon juice
Preparation

Flatten chicken breasts to 1/4-inch thickness.
Combine flour and salt; dredge chicken in mixture.
Liberally sprinkle lemon pepper on each side of chicken breasts.
Saute chicken in melted margarine for approximately 5 minutes on each side or until tender.
Leave chicken in pan and stir in lemon juice.
Increase heat to deglaze pan (approximately 1 minute).
