Microwave Divinity - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 1/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. light corn syrup
1/4 tsp. salt
2 egg whites
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. pecans, chopped

Preparation

Mix sugar, water, corn syrup and salt in a 2-quart casserole dish.
Cover loosely with plastic wrap.
Microwave on High for 5 to 6 minutes.
Uncover.
Microwave on High for 8 to 10 minutes (according to your microwave).
