Col. Harland Sanders Pecan Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 c. Karo syrup (green label)
    1/3 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    4 Tbsp. butter
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2/3 c. pecans, broken or halved
Preparation
    Mix together eggs, syrup, sugar, salt, lemon juice and butter. Add vanilla and pecans and mix.
    Pour mixture into unbaked pie shell.
    Bake 35 to 40 minutes in 350\u00b0 oven.
    Top with ice cream.
