Sausage Crescent Nuggets - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. mild or hot sausage
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 (8 count) crescent dinner rolls
1 egg white, slightly beaten
poppy seed
Preparation

Lightly brown sausage and drain well.
Mix cream cheese and sausage until well blended.
Roll out crescent rolls into two rectangles pinching crease together.
Spoon sausage mixture onto dough forming a log roll long wrap of the dough.
Fold dough around log roll.
Brush outer dough with egg white and sprinkle with poppy seed.
Place on ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake 20 minutes at 350\u00b0. Cool and slice.
