Rhubarb Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. butter
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/3 c. milk
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. ground allspice
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 c. plain flour
    3 c. raw rhubarb, cut into 1/4 inch pieces
    1/4 tsp. ground cloves
    1 tsp. ground cinnamon
Preparation
    Cream together sugar and butter; add eggs and milk.
    Stir in mixed dry ingredients.
    Mix well.
    Fold in rhubarb.
    Batter will be thick.
    Spread into a well greased 9 x 13 inch pan.
