Pineapple Upside-Down Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 lb. butter or oleo
    1 c. brown sugar
    1 medium can sliced pineapple
    3 eggs, separated
    1 c. sugar
    5 Tbsp. pineapple juice
    1 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Melt butter in heavy skillet (iron skillet).
    Add brown sugar, then arrange pineapple slices.
    Can put cherry in center, if wanted.
