Grandma'S Rice Pilaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. regular long-grain rice
    3 cans beef consomme soup
    1 can mushroom stems and pieces
    1 tsp. curry powder
    1 tsp. salt
    2 bunches green onion, sliced
Preparation
    Brown 1 pound rice in 1/4 pound margarine.
    Add 3 cans beef consomme, 1 can mushroom stems and pieces, salt, curry powder and green onions.
    Bake, uncovered, for 1/2 hour at 350\u00b0, then use as stuffing for turkey or bake, uncovered, for an additional 30 minutes or until done.
