Salmon Patties - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (15 1/2 oz.) can salmon, drained and flaked
    1 c. uncooked oatmeal
    1/2 c. crushed cornflakes cereal
    2 Tbsp. reduced calorie mayonnaise
    1/3 chopped onion
    1 egg
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 tsp. prepared horseradish
    1 Tbsp. reduced calorie margarine
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients except the margarine until combined.
    Shape into 4 patties.
    Coat a nonstick skillet with the margarine; add the patties.
    Cook over medium-high heat for 7 to 8 minutes, until the patties form a brown crust.
    Carefully turn the patties and cook for another 7 to 8 minutes.
