Turkey Stuffing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 12-oz. tube of Jimmy Dean sausage, hot, mild or sage, whatever you like
    1 large onion, chopped
    2 stalks celery, chopped
    1 recipe of cornbread, baked and crumbled
    1 tube of biscuits, baked and crumbled
    chicken stock
    poultry seasoning to taste
    sage to taste, fresh if you've got it.
Preparation
    Brown the sausage, adding the onions and celery when the sausage is half browned.
    Add the sausage mixture, the stock and the seasonings to the crumbled cornbread and biscuits and mix well.
    Spread out into a 9 x 13 baking dish and bake at 350 until the top is nice and brown and a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
