Beef Burgundy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 2 1/2 lb. beef cubes
    1/4 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. parsley
    1 medium clove garlic, mashed
    1 bay leaf
    1/4 c. margarine
    1 c. onion, chopped
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    2 (6 oz.) cans mushrooms
    1 c. Burgundy (wine)
Preparation
    Coat meat with flour and brown meat.
    Add all of the ingredients and 1/2 cup water.
    Simmer 2 hours.
    Serve over rice or noodles.
