Easy Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 to 8 chicken breasts, boiled, boned and chopped
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 small carton sour cream
1 stack crushed Ritz crackers, mixed with 1 tsp. poppy seed (if desired)
1 stick oleo
Preparation

Mix chicken with soup and sour cream together and put into a 3-quart casserole.
(I use a large glass cake pan.) Sprinkle with cracker crumbs; pour melted oleo over crumbs.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 30 minutes.
