Mozzarella Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. medium mushrooms (about 24)
    4 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1/3 c. finely chopped Mozzarella cheese
    1 Tbsp. seasoned dried bread crumbs
    about 1/4 c. sliced pimento stuffed olives
Preparation
    About 30 minutes before serving, preheat broiler if necessary. Remove stems from mushrooms. In skillet, melt butter.
    Remove from heat.
    Add mushroom caps and gently toss to coat well.
    Place mushroom caps, stem side up, in broiling pan.
    Broil 3 minutes.
