Sweet Sour Celery - cooking recipe
Ingredients

outer green stems of celery
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. cider vinegar
1 1/2 c. water
Preparation

Clean and cut celery stems into bite-size pieces.
Cook until soft; drain.
Mix the sugar, vinegar and water.
Bring to a good boil.
Add cooked celery pieces.
Set aside to cool and the refrigerate.
Keeps well.
Use as a sour side dish for any meal.
