Trey'S Favorite Stir-Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 boneless chicken breasts
    1 large onion
    1 green pepper
    1 can bamboo shoots
    1 can water chestnuts
    1 zucchini, cubed
    1 pkg. mushrooms, sliced
    cornstarch
    soy sauce to taste
    garlic
Preparation
    Cut chicken in small strips and coat in cornstarch.
    Cut all veggies into small pieces or cubes.
    Stir-fry coated chicken in light oil until white in color.
    Add squash and green pepper, then add onion and mushrooms.
    Stir in bamboo shoots and water chestnuts.
    Add soy sauce and garlic to taste.
    Simmer for about 5 minutes.
    Serve with rice.
