Liver Loaf (Pork) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. pork liver
    1 onion, diced
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 1/4 c. liquid
    1/2 c. oatmeal (uncooked)
    2 strips bacon, ground
Preparation
    Cook pork liver in water to cover for 20 minutes (save liquid).
    Grind liver, bacon and onion.
    Add other ingredients and mix thoroughly.
    Pour into greased loaf pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
