Holiday Cheese Nut Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    14 oz. softened cream cheese
    1/4 c. sour cream
    2/3 c. crushed pineapple, well drained
    6 oz. coconut
    4 oz. well drained, chopped cherries (for garnish)
    2 c. chopped pecans (reserve 1/2 c.)
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients thoroughly.
    Roll into 2 balls.
    Roll in reserved chopped nuts.
    Garnish with cherries and fresh parsley. Chill before serving.
    Serve with crackers.
