Strawberry Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large box strawberry Jell-O
    1 large can crushed pineapple
    6 oz. miniature marshmallows
    1 lb. cottage cheese
    2 small containers Cool Whip
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Drain pineapple to make 1 cup juice.
    Put in saucepan and bring to boil.
    Add pineapple; remove from heat.
    Mix Jell-O in 1 1/2 cups of boiling water and 1 1/2 cups of cold water.
    Mix pineapple in Jell-O, then add marshmallows.
    Chill until almost firm, then add cottage cheese, Cool Whip and nuts.
    Chill until firm.
