Chocolate Mousse With Kahlua - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 oz. semi-sweet chocolate bits
    2 Tbsp. Kahlua
    1 Tbsp. orange juice
    2 eggs
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. vanilla flavoring
    1 c. heavy cream
Preparation
    Melt chocolate bits in Kahlua in top of double boiler.
    In blender, mix orange juice, eggs, vanilla and sugar.
    Add melted chocolate mixture and heavy cream and blend again.
    Pour into serving dishes and refrigerate from 4 to 6 hours.
    Serve with a dab of whipped cream or Cool Whip and sprinkle chocolate shavings on top.
