7-Up Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 large pkg. lemon jello
2 c. boiling water
2 c. 7-Up
1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple, drained
1 1/2 c. tiny marshmallows
3 c. sliced bananas
1 c. pineapple juice
1 egg, slightly beaten
2 Tbsp. flour, mixed with 1/2 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. butter
whipped topping
Preparation

Mix jello with boiling water and add 7-Up.
Place in an 8 x 12-inch pan to chill.
Mix together pineapple (reserve juice), marshmallows and bananas.
Add to jello mixture and return to refrigerator until firm.
Stir together pineapple juice, egg, flour and sugar.
Cook until thick, stirring constantly.
Add butter.
Cool and spread over top of jello.
Before serving, spread with whipped topping.
