Porcupine Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    1 c. rice
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 (16 oz.) can whole tomatoes or stewed tomatoes
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1 egg
    1/2 c. milk, water or tomato juice
    2 c. water, tomato juice or soup
Preparation
    Combine meat, green pepper, rice, salt, pepper, onion, parsley, egg and milk in bowl; mix well.
    Shape into approximately 18 meat balls and place in kettle.
    Add can of whole tomatoes and water.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 60 minutes.
    Serves 6.
