Chicken Rotel - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chicken or 4 breasts
    1 can chopped Ro-Tel tomatoes
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. vermicelli spaghetti or 7 oz.
    1 medium onion
    1 bell pepper
    1 stick oleo
    1 small can LeSueur peas
    1 small can mushrooms, chopped
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. Velveeta cheese
Preparation
    Boil chicken.
    Salt to taste.
    When done, drain and save broth.
    Cut chicken into bite-size pieces and put aside.
    Chop onion and bell pepper and saute in oleo.
    Cut cheese into small cubes.
    Cook vermicelli in broth, drain and add cheese while hot.
