Mother'S Herb Rice(1942) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. uncooked rice
1 c. chopped onions
1/2 stick butter
2 tsp. basil
2 tsp. marjoram
2 tsp. sage
1 tsp. thyme
1 tsp. curry
1 tsp. salt
4 c. chicken broth
Preparation
-
Put rice, onions, butter and broth in cooking dish or pan.
Mix all spices (herbs) together and sprinkle on top of rice and broth. Cover and cook for 20 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Do not stir while cooking.
