Artichoke Sauce And Spaghetti - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (6 1/2 oz.) jar marinated artichokes
1/2 lb. mushrooms, sliced
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/2 c. dry white wine
1 (2 1/4 oz.) can sliced black olives, drained
2 tsp. each basil and oregano
1 tsp. each instant minced onions, garlic powder and sugar
1/2 tsp. each fennel seed and salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 lb. spaghetti, cooked and drained
Preparation

Drain artichokes and keep liquid. Quarter artichokes.
Saute mushrooms in skillet in the liquid. Add artichokes and remaining ingredients, except spaghetti. Simmer, uncovered, 20 minutes. Serve over spaghetti.
Sprinkle with Parmesan.
