Apple Roly-Poly - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. prepared baking mix
    1/2 c. honey
    3/4 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1/4 tsp. cloves
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    5 large tart apples, peeled and chopped fine
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
Preparation
    Prepare biscuit mix as directed on package.
    Roll dough on lightly floured board, about 10 x 12-inches.
    Spread honey to within 1 inch of edge of dough.
    Combine spices and sugar; toss with apples.
    Spread apples and spices evenly over dough.
    Roll like a jelly roll.
    Bake in a greased pan with sides at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
    Slice and serve warm with whipped cream or hot vanilla sauce.
