Mexican "Corn" Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. self-rising meal
    1 1/4 c. self-rising flour
    4 eggs
    1 big spoon mayonnaise or salad dressing
    3 chopped green onions (all of it)
    1/2 diced red or green pepper
    2 hot red peppers, diced
    1 (15 oz.) can creamed corn
    1 c. frozen kernel corn
    4 oz. grated hot pepper cheese
    4 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
    about 2 to 2 1/2 c. milk or buttermilk
Preparation
    Stir all together and pour in large hot iron skillet that has melted bacon grease or shortening.
    Bake in preheated 450\u00b0
    oven for about 1 1/2 hours.
