Play Dough - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. flour
1 c. water
1/2 c. salt
2 tsp. cream of tartar
1 Tbsp. cooking oil
choice of food coloring

Preparation

In a heavy saucepan, mix dry ingredients.
Add oil, water and food coloring.
Cook 3 minutes at medium high heat or until mixture pulls away from sides of pan.
Knead slightly almost immediately.
Store in airtight container.
