Broccoli Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, drained well
    1 deep dish 9-inch pie shell, lightly baked
    1 onion, chopped and browned in butter
    1 1/2 to 2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    5 eggs, well beaten
    1/2 c. milk
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Put onions in the bottom of the pie shell.
    Cover with well drained broccoli.
    Beat the eggs well and add milk and Salt and pepper to taste.
    Pour egg mixture in and top with grated cheese. Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 1 hour or until knife inserted comes out clean and top is browned.
