Rhubarb Crunch - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. flour
3/4 c. oatmeal
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. margarine
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. vanilla
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
pinch of salt
1 c. sugar
1 c. water
Preparation

Mix and press 1/2 dry mixture in 13 x 9-inch greased pan. Pour in 4 cups diced rhubarb.
Combine and cook the sugar, water, vanilla and cornstarch until thick.
Pour over rhubarb and top with remaining crumbs.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
