Spiced Peaches - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (29 oz.) can peach halves
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    2 Tbsp. honey
    1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
    1 tsp. grated orange peel
    1 cinnamon stick
    5 whole cloves
    1/4 c. brown sugar
Preparation
    Drain peaches and reserve syrup. Combine syrup, lemon juice, honey, spice and orange peel in 2-quart pan. Bring to boil, stirring until sugar is dissolved. Cover and simmer about 10 minutes. Strain and pour hot syrup over peaches in bowl. Cover and let stand 1 hour, turning occasionally. Yields 6 servings.
