Corn Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sifted flour
1 Tbsp. baking powder
1 c. yellow corn meal
1 c. milk
1/4 c. sugar
3/4 tsp. salt
1 egg, beaten
5 Tbsp. cooking oil
Preparation

Sift the flour, sugar, baking powder and salt together.
Mix in corn meal.
Blend until mixed.
Put egg, milk and oil in bowl and beat until smooth.
Pour in a greased 8 x 8 x 2-inch pan. Bake 20 minutes at 425\u00b0.
