Broccoli Cheese Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. melted butter
    3 Tbsp. flour
    4 c. milk
    8 oz. Cheddar cheese, shredded
    1 (10 oz.) frozen chopped broccoli
Preparation
    Blend butter and flour in saucepan.
    Stir in milk.
    Gradually cook until thickened, stirring constantly.
    Add shredded cheese and cook over low heat until cheese is melted, stirring frequently. Microwave broccoli on High for 4 minutes.
    Add to soup. Heat to serving temperature.
    Season to taste.
    Yields 4 servings.
