Potato Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. peeled, cubed potatoes
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. chopped onion
2 c. water
2 tsp. salt
1 c. milk
1 c. whip cream
3 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
1 Tbsp. dried parsley flakes
1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
-
Cook potatoes, celery, onion and salt in the 2 cups water for about 20 minutes or until done.
Stir in remaining ingredients. Lightly mash with a potato masher and cook, stirring constantly, until soup is hot and thick.
