Cranberry Salsa - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 minced serrano chili pepper, seeds and membranes removed
2 c. coarsely chopped cranberries
1 Tbsp. grated orange peel
3 Tbsp. chopped cilantro
3 Tbsp. orange juice
1 Tbsp. tequila
2 tsp. grated fresh ginger
1/4 tsp. cumin
1/4 c. honey
Preparation

Combine all ingredients; mix well and taste.
You may need to add additional honey.
Store in refrigerator.
Makes 2 cups.
