Caramel Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
    1 c. brown sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Leave cream cheese at room temperature for a while.
    Add brown sugar and vanilla.
    Beat well.
    The more you stir it, the creamier it gets.
    This is especially good with apples.
    It makes a pretty tray for showers and parties with the apples sliced and arranged around the dip.
