Tater Tot Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. lean hamburger
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 can evaporated milk
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 can water
    1 pkg. Velveeta cheese slices
    1 large bag Tater Tots
    salt and pepper to season
Preparation
    Brown ground beef and onion.
    Add salt and pepper.
    While browning, mix in large bowl the milk, water and soup.
    Put ground beef in a 13 x 9-inch pan.
    Pour liquid over top.
    Layer Velveeta cheese slices touching sides.
    Layer Tater Tots on top of cheese, sides touching.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
