Quick Chicken Cacciatore - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    enough boneless chicken to feed everyone
    flour
    milk
    1 can pasta sauce
    1/2 c. mushrooms
    1/4 c. chopped olives
    1 small red and green pepper (if desired)
    10 to 15 thin slices Provolone cheese
    1 pkg. elbow macaroni, cooked as pkg. directs
Preparation
    In large skillet, brown chicken in several tablespoons of oil, cook about 3 minutes each side on medium-low heat.
    Put chicken in a 13 x 9-inch pan.
    Mix vegetables with pasta.
    Add pasta over chicken and top with Provolone cheese.
    Cook for 1 to 1 1/2 hours. Cover pan with foil while cooking.
    Serve with macaroni noodles and chopped parsley.
