13 To 15 Bean Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) bag assorted beans
    2 c. chopped onions
    2 c. chopped peppers
    2 c. chopped celery
    seasoning salt to taste
    pepper to taste
    Tabasco to taste
    ham hocks
    1 to 2 qt. water
Preparation
    Soak beans overnight and rinse.
    Add beans to 1 quart of water and bring to a boil.
    Reduce to simmer after 5 minutes and add everything else.
    After 2 or 3 hours, remove the meat from the bone.
    Keep adding water as needed.
    Ready in 4 to 6 hours.
