Yellow Squash Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. yellow squash
2 small onions, chopped
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 pt. sour cream
1 can chopped pimentos
1 can water chestnuts, sliced
1 stick melted butter
1 pkg. Stove Top cornbread dressing mix
2 c. grated cheese
Preparation

Cook squash and onions in water until tender; drain.
Add next 4 ingredients and mix.
Simmer 5 minutes.
Mix dressing; use 1 stick of butter instead of 1/2 stick.
Grease baking dish and line bottom with dressing mix.
Add squash mix on top of dressing. Sprinkle grated cheese on top of squash mixture.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Makes 2 casseroles.
