Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/4 c. vegetable oil
2 c. sugar
2 large eggs
1 tsp. salt
1 c. nuts
1 tsp. soda
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 c. flour
3 c. raw apples with peeling, sliced

Preparation

Prepare apples; set aside.
Add oil, sugar and eggs.
Beat until creamy.
Mix in flour, soda, salt and baking powder a little at a time.
Add nuts and apples.
Bake in 13 x 9 greased pan and floured.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 55 minutes.
