Ingredients

2 c. plain flour
4 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. sugar
2 beaten eggs
1 1/3 c. milk
3 Tbsp. oil
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together well.
Use about 3 tablespoons of batter for each pancake.
Bake on hot griddle until bubbles appear and edges are cooked.
Turn and brown on other side.
Serve with butter, syrup or honey.
